Contact KaKeS By KriS to set up a cake consultation, to place an order or with any questions you may have regarding our services. Also, feel free to bring any pictures or design ideas along with you to the consultation. If you choose not to meet in person but would still like to place an order, I would be more than happy to discuss any cake design and details with you via phone or e-mail.
Orders must be placed at least 30 days in advance (excluding wedding cake orders). Wedding cake orders must be placed at least 60 days in advance. Dates do fill up quickly, so we recommend placing your order as soon as possible in order to reserve your spot. Please note that a 50% deposit is required upon placing your order. This will confirm your order and secure your date on our calendar. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable for any reason. The remaining balance on orders will be due at the time of pick-up (excluding orders with delivery and wedding cake orders). The remaining balance on orders with delivery will be due a day prior to the event. The remaining balance on wedding cake orders will be due no later than 7 days prior to the event.

Specialty Kakes
Due to the unique designs and several varieties of specialty cakes, there is no set price for these cakes. Specialty cake prices are calculated based on size, flavors, fillings, special requests and overall designs. Contact us directly for an exact quote and/or with any questions you may have.

Two, three and four tier wedding cake options available.
Wedding cake orders must be placed at least 60 days in advance.

Order Changes / Cancellations
Changes on orders (excluding wedding cake orders) must be made no later than 6 weeks prior to the pickup or delivery date. Once changes are made and confirmed, you will be responsible for the new balance. Orders placed less than 42 days (6 weeks) prior to the pickup or delivery date cannot be changed. Changes to wedding cake orders must be made at least 60 days prior to the event date. Please note that deposits on all cancelled orders are still non-refundable.
We do require at least a one week (7 day) notice to cancel any order. Cancellations on orders must be made at least 7 days prior to your scheduled pickup / delivery date; however, deposits are still non-refundable. Should you cancel an order less than 7 days prior to your scheduled pickup / delivery date or you are a no-show, you are still responsible for the full remaining balance on your order.

Specialty Cookies
Delivery / Travel Policy & Fees
KaKeS By KriS is pleased to deliver our delicious baked goods, gifts and party favors anywhere within a 30 mile radius of our home location in Fuquay-Varina, NC. This travel fee also applies to face painting and other party planning services.
Delivery/Travel Fee: $40 (up to 20 miles)
Additional $3 per mile after the first 20 miles.
The total delivery / travel fee is calculated based on
round-trip NOT one-way mileage.
